Broadleaf Celebrates Funding Success for Open Arts Project
We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Broadleaf has been awarded funding from The National Lottery Community Fund to deliver our brand new year-long creative programme, Open Arts.
This exciting project will see us host 12 months of arts, culture, music, dance and drama experiences for local families. From hands-on workshops and collaborative performances to relaxed community gatherings, Open Arts will offer opportunities for people of all ages to explore creativity, connection and joy together.
Our aim is to create spaces where imagination can flourish and everyone feels welcome to join in. Through painting, movement, rhythm, storytelling and performance, we’ll celebrate the incredible creativity that already exists within our community, and invite new ideas, voices and collaborations to grow.
Thanks to the generosity of National Lottery players, this funding will help us keep sessions donation-only, ensuring that access to our events isn’t limited. We believe that the arts have a unique power to bring people together, nurture wellbeing and strengthen the bonds that make our community so special.
We can’t wait to get started and will be sharing more details soon about upcoming Open Arts sessions and events.
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported Broadleaf so far — your energy, kindness and enthusiasm make everything we do possible. Here’s to a vibrant, creative year ahead!
