Big Ideas, Real Impact

Broadleaf supports more than 120 families each week, but the difference we make is about far more than numbers.

Children and young people who have often lost access to school, community and opportunity find somewhere they can belong without having to change who they are.

Parents find understanding, friendship and practical support, and families begin to rebuild the connections that make everyday life possible.

Broadleaf at a glance:

  • Relationships built over generations, not weeks

  • 220+ children and parents supported each week

  • 120+ families within our weekly community

  • 60+ families unable to access provision this term because of demand

  • 16+ years supporting home-educating families and building community

What this means for families

Many families arrive at Broadleaf after a period of isolation, uncertainty or distress.

Children and young people who may have stopped feeling safe in group spaces are able to join in at their own pace, build trusted relationships and rediscover confidence and enjoyment.

Parents find people who understand, practical knowledge they can draw upon, and a community in which they no longer have to navigate everything alone.

The opportunities you bring to Broadleaf are wonderful. I don't know how you find all of these things and then actually manifest them - you clearly have creative magic dust oozing from your being.
